01 — We Find Mold & Identify Its Cause(s)

Our technicians will survey your property and identify the likely source(s) of the mold and recommend steps to take care of any active water or moisture issues. We offer free inspection/estimate consultations.

02 — We Destroy (Denature) The Mold

After your moisture issues have been addressed we will deploy our patented VaPURE™ treatment. Through the creation of positive vapor pressure, it will fill the volume of a room or building with an EPA Safer Choices antimicrobial, penetrating voids, hard surfaces and permeating the airspace - killing mold even where it is not visible.

03 — We Help Stop The Mold From Coming Back

Our second antimicrobial layer is applied to all surfaces, creating a covalent bond. This helps prevent mold from regrowing by electrostatically attracting spores, and destroying them.

Step 04 — We Prove Success With Data

Air samples taken in various areas of your home are analyzed by independent, third-party laboratories to demonstrate quantitative markers of mold reduction.

02. Mold Treatment

Our patented VaPURE™ process denatures mold and other microbes.

Application of Vapor

The first of two stages of product application, we fill the building with a fog or vapor. The product's active ingredient is one of only eight antimicrobial actives the Environmental Protection Agency includes on their Safer Chemical Ingredients List. It eradicates mold by eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it inert matter and safe for clean up.

Comprehensive Coverage

Our proprietary patented technology ensures comprehensive coverage, penetrating even the most hard-to-reach areas where mold thrives. By manipulating the particle size of the product used in the process, we fog throughout your home or business, we allow it to reach areas traditional means of application would not. This means we can get to the hard-to-reach places mold can lurk. This approach is effective in reducing mold levels in ways other methods cannot achieve, providing lasting protection for your home or business.

03. Mold Prevention

The second stage of the VaPURE™ process is the application of our antimicrobial coating to prevent mold from returning.

Covalent Bond

Next, we spray an antimicrobial agent onto all surfaces to limit future microbial regrowth. Our antimicrobial forms a covalent bond with critical surfaces it contacts. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and does not off gas or contain any harmful metals or irritants.

Attracts & Eradicates

The antimicrobial layer electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, eradicating them. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This ensures new mold spores that enter the property are eradicated mechanically before they can take root.

04. Accredited Lab Proves Success

Don't just take our word for it. Our work is verified by independent scientists, working in a third-party, accredited lab, and you get the full report.

Independent Verification

Air samples are sent off to a third-party accredited lab. They analyze the spore count per m3 and the species of mold detected. The results are returned in the form of a written report, which we're always happy to talk you through.

In the unlikely event the report comes back and the air sample shows we've fallen short of our high standards: If there's still a clear mold issue present in the property, we will come back and repeat the mold remediation process at no additional cost.
